Canal Satelite Digital—currently Digital+—is a satellite TV platform that operates in several European countries, including Spain.

This campaign consisted of two direct mails, both dimensional, sent to targets within two months.

1st Direct mail—a box containing a miniature racing car: ‘Prior to begin the race, do the last adjustment.’

2nd Direct mail—a box containing miniature traffic lights that glow at opening the box, and switch from red to green a few seconds later, while a synthesized noise of an engine can be heard: ‘Get ready.’

The campaign’s goal was to encourage CSD maintenance providers to improve the quality and velocity of the services that they deliver to the customers, featuring an attractive package of incentives.
